الأسواق الشعبية التقليدية باعتبارها تنظيمات اجتماعية

ارتبط تنظيم ونشأة السوق بالتجمعات البشرية قديماً وحديثاً ، من خلال التجارة وتنمية رأس المال بالبيع والشراء، فالأسواق تاريخياً وقديماً كانت تشمل التجار والصناع على حد سواء ، وهى من الأوجه الحيوية والحركية والتنظيمية للمدن فقد عرفت ووجدت على امتداد التاريخ الإنساني بأشكال متعددة منها اليومي والأسبوعي والموسمي ، فالسوق مؤسسة اجتماعية متعددة الوظائف ، لا تقتصر على التبادلات الاقتصادية فحسب بل لها تبادلات ثقافية، دينية، أدبية، سياسية وغيرها، كما أنها مؤسسة اجتماعية تعقد فيها العديد من المراسم الحياتية. وهى نشاط اقتصادي ، فالسوق يعني أسلوب الحياة، أي الثقافة التي تنتهجه الجماعات داخل اى مجتمع ، تحمل ذاكرة المجتمع، فمن خلالها نتعرف على تطور المجتمع وتحولاته، فالسوق الشعبي لا يستجيب في أكثر الأحيان للتحولات والتبدلات التي تطرأ على أشكال الحياة ، والتى تعكس جانباً مهماً من طبيعة المجتمع فى سياق التفاعل الاجتماعي ، ويمكن أن نستدل على وجود هذه الأسواق الشعبية وكثرتها وتناميها على الحال الاقتصادية المتواضعة للأغلبية من المجتمع باعتبارها مؤشراً اقتصادياً اجتماعياً.

Characteristics of Tapered Slot Antenna for on body buried Objects detection

The detection of human body worn concealed metallic objects based on the late time response (LTR) method is one of the great challenges. Successful LTR extraction to identify the target signature and its correct interpretation requires UWB antenna, which can cover the frequency of the fundamental (lowest) complex natural resonance (CNR) of the target(s) under detection. A flat gain UWB tapered slot antenna with operating bandwidth of 0.25-3GHz to cover the lowest CNR frequencies designed and fabricated. Antenna tests made in an anechoic chamber to provide complete back scattering and signal radiation control. The results showed that the fabricated antenna has relative flat gain from about 0.3GHz to just over 3GHz with distortion less narrow pulse transmission.

Modified Enhanced Recursive Median Filter for Image De-noising

Abstract ـــ Despite begin known for many years that an enhancement and analysis of digital image has been played an important role in many engineering applications. The enhancement technique usually performed through nonlinear filter rather than linear filter. The performance of an image filtering system depends on algorithms ability to detect the presence of noisy pixels in the image. This paper, deals with impulse noise in every pixel in the image, which will be tested first to determine whether if it is corrupted or not. So the Modified Enhanced Recursive Median Filter will be applied on the corrupted pixels while the uncorrupted pixels is retained. The performance of proposed filter is measured visually and also numerically using Mean Square Error (MSE) and Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) of different filtered images. It shows the capability to remove low and high density impulsive noise and preserving the edges.

Palynofacies and geochemical analyses of the Silurian Tanezzuft Formation, NC115 concession, Murzuq Basin, south-west Libya: Implications for source rock potential and palaeoenvironment

 A palynofacies and organic geochemical investigation has been undertaken on 46 core and cuttings samples taken from seven wells drilled in the NC115 Concession, Murzuq Basin, south-west Libya. Most of the samples yielded marine and non-marine palynomorphs in a fair to good state of preservation, which together with palynological data have been used to confirm the age, determine the environment of deposition, and evaluate the petroleum source potential of the Tanezzuft Formation. The palynological assemblage recovered from the basal Hot Shale contains an abundance of acritarchs, chitinozoans and cryptospores, with some taxa, such as Plectochitina sp., Evittia remota, and Tetrahedraletes medinensis, indicating an early–mid Rhuddanian (early Llandovery) age for this unit. The deposits overlying the Hot Shale yielded diverse assemblages of palynomorphs, the occurrence of Angochitina qusaibaensis and Leiofusa banderillae in particular indicating a late Rhuddanian–Telychian (Llandovery) age. Two palynofacies associations have been identified. The Hot Shale palynofacies (PF-A) contains Type-II ≥ I kerogen, which is highly oil-prone and reflects a distal suboxic–anoxic sedimentary environment. The palynofacies of the overlying deposits of the Tanezzuft Formation (PF-B) is dominated by Type-II/III kerogen, which is both oil- and gas-prone, and indicates depositional conditions that range from distal dysoxic–oxic shelf to mud-dominated oxic shelf (distal shelf). Rock-Eval pyrolysis results indicate that the Hot Shale is organically-rich with an average total organic carbon (TOC) content 7.23 wt%, whereas the TOC of the overlying deposits averages 0.62 wt%. The organic matter in the Hot Shale has the capability of generating more liquid hydrocarbons than the rest of the formation, which lies within the early oil-maturity window. A simulated burial history for the NC115 Concession allowed the time and magnitude of hydrocarbon generation from the main Silurian Tanezzuft Formation source rock to be determined. Oil generation from this source rock took place during the Carboniferous/mid-Cretaceous period, whereas the maturation level for gas had not been reached at this stage.

Analysis and Proposed Model of Audit offices factors

The present study seeks to develop a conceptual framework for scale of audit office factors model by adopting four appropriate dimensions of measurement: planning of audit, supervision of auditors, specialization in the industry, and audit office size. To achieve the goal, we used a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) through AMOS software. Based on the results, it was found that this model is a valid and reliable model that can be used for measuring audit office factors model in Libya, In addition to, based on the results construct validity was provided through convergent and discriminate analyses (A.V.E >S.V). In addition to, the models were generated showing good fit. The contributes of the study will be to the scientific production in the area of Accounting, particularly in auditing, can also be used not only in relational studies but as an evaluation instrument by managers who wish to improve audit quality.

Rigid rings with involution

In this paper, we introduce the property of *-rigid and \alpha -*-rigid for rings with involution (*-rings). These concepts generalize that of rigid and \alpha-rigid properties, respectively. We show that *-rigid is equivalent to *-reduced and \alpha -*-rigid *-rings are semiprime. Also, we show that reduced *-rings are \alpha-*-reversible and \alpha-rigid *-rings are \alpha-*-Armendariz. Moreover, sufficient conditions are given for *-rigid and \alpha-*-rigid *-rings to be rigid and \alpha-rigid, respectively. We give also sufficient condition for \alpha-*-Armendariz *-rings to be \alpha-*-rigid. Furthermore, we investigate the transfer of the properties of *-rigid, \alpha-*-rigid, \alpha-*-reversible and \alpha-*-Armendariz from a *-ring R to some of its extensions; such as polynomial *-ring $R[x]$, localization S^{-1}R of R at S, Laurent polynomial *-ring R[x, x^{-1}], Dorroh extension $D(R,\mathbb{Z})$ and from Ore *-ring to its classical Quotient Q. Finally, we discuss when the skew polynomial *-ring of a *-Baer (*-reversible) *-ring is *-Baer (*-reversible). Also, we show that the polynomial *-ring o f \alpha-*-reversible *-ring R is \alpha-*-reversible if R is *-Armendariz.
