تأثير الاتبان المعاملة باليوريا علي مكونات اللبن ودرجة حموظة الكرش لماعز اللبن الفرنسي ( السنن )

تهدف هذه التجربة إلي استخدام مصادر الأعلاف التقليدية من أجل توفير مصادر نيتروجينية بالأعلاف التي تقدم للحيوانات المجترة وقد أجريت هذه التجربة بمركز بحوث التقنيات الحيوية علي عشرين ( 20 ) رأس من إناث ماعز ( السنن ) لمعرفة مدى تأثير اليوريا علي مكونات اللبن و phالكرش لهذه الحيوانات حيث قسمت الحيوانات عشوائياً إلي أربع مجموعات المجموعة الأولى تبن الشعير الغير معامل ( مجموعة الشاهد ) والذي يمثل ( 40% ) من العليقة اليومية ، وللمجموعة الثانية تبن الشعير معامل بتركيز ( 2.5 % ) يوريا ، والمجموعة الثالثة تبن الشعير معامل بتركيز ( 3.5 % ) يوريا ، أما المجموعة الرابعة فقدم لها تبن شعير معامل بتركيز ( 4.5 % ) يوريا .أما ( 60% ) من العليقة اليومية فتكون من الأعلاف المركزة وأعطيت الحيوانات فترة أقلمة لمدة خمسة عشر ( 15 ) استمرت التجربة خمسة ( 45 ) يوماً، ومن خلال التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات، وجد انه لا توجد فروق معنوية عند ( 0.05>p ) بين التبن المعامل باليوريا وغير المعامل علي مكونات اللبن و PH الكرش وكان متوسط الدهن في اللبن علي التوالي كالآتي : (3.11، 3.25 ،2.94 ، 3.09 ) ومتوسط البروتين في اللبن (2.72 ، 2.76 ، 2.67 ، 2.64 ) ومتوسط PH الكرش (6.45 ، 6.56 6.69 ، 6.56 ) ومن خلال النتائج السابقة يتضح ان اضافة اليوريا الى الاعلاف الخشنة الفقيرة في البروتين الى تحسين قيمتها الغذائية.

(Benefit from marine plants thrown by the sea along the Libyan coast using them to feed animals)

This study was conducted at the Biotechnology Research Center in southern Tripoli to determine the possibility of using Mediterranean seaweeds along the Libyan coast, estimated at thousands of tons per year in animal feeding. The experiment was conducted on (20 male goats), divided into four groups with five animals in each group : • Group 1: (100% Barley straw) control • Group 2: (50% Barley straw + 50% seaweed) • Group 3: (25% Barley straw + 75% seaweed) • Group 4: ( 100% seaweed) Seaweeds was cut into small pieces and mixed well until the mixture was mixed and the experiment lasted for six weeks. The increase in animal weight and feed consumption rate (PH) were studied in the rumen. The results showed no significant differences Group I, II and III, while there were significant differences between the first and second group compared to the fourth group in the studied factors. The results obtained from this study indicate that seaweed can be used with (50% barley straw + 50% seaweed) and (25% barley straw + 75% seaweed) safely. Use of seaweed without mixing with barley straw made the animals were less consumed and palatable compared to other groups. It is recommended to use seaweed mixed with barley straw as it reduces the cost of production and helps to eliminate the huge amounts that come out of the sea during the fall and winter and thus reduce From environmental pollution to Libyan beaches

DETECTION OF MICROBIAL CONTAMINATION IN COLLECTED RAINWATER IN GROUND RESERVOIRS BESIDE MAIN ROADS (ASBAYYA- GHARIAN- MAZDAH)

This study was conducted to investigate the extent to which this water was contaminated with colon bacteria in ground tanks that extending along the Asbayya- Gharian and Gharyan- Mazdah roads. 20 samples were collected from the collected water pools in the ground reservoirs along the road, and also 20 samples of water collected in ground reservoirs along the (Greian-Mazdah)between March and August. The samples were taken by sterilized glass bottles. The sterilized bottle was sealed in water and then opened inside the tank to enter the water directly and prevent the possibility of external contamination. The samples were placed in the refrigerated case to prevent undergo bacterial growth. The samples were taken to the laboratory for further investigation and defined of positive/negative samples containing colon bacteria. Statistical analysis of the study found that 20% of the water samples taken from the tanks along the Asbayya- Gharian road were not suitable for drinking, and 37% of the water samples from the Western Mountain Road area were not suitable for drinking. Because it contains a high percentage of colon bacteria

Impact of Different Levels of Manganese And Ascorbic Acid on The Growth Performance of Broiler Chicks

The present study was carried out at Sunderesan School of Animal Husbandry and Dairying of SHIATS ,Allahabad ,Uttar Pradesh ,India on 75 Day-Old Broiler Chicks (DOBC) which were randomly divided into five groups. Data on body weight and Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) of broiler chicks from day old to five weeks of age, were recorded and statisticaly analyzed. The result indicated a significant effect of dietary inclusion of manganese and ascorbic acid on the body weight . However the Feed Conversion Ratio( FCR) of caged broilers was not significantly influenced by dietary inclusion of manganese and ascorbic acid in the ration of broiler chicken.
